Bulk Production

1.   How can I get a quotation?

You can send email to info@hucaisportswear.com with your specific requirements, we will reply you within 24 hours when working days, and as soon as possible when holiday.

2.   What services can you provide?

We provide not only OEM Service, but also ODM Service.

OEM Service, customers provide design, and we turn drawings into products as required. Customers can make their own logo, pattern, hangtag, label, string, etc.

ODM Service, we have our own R&D team that updates the style quarterly. So, customers can choose our own designs, then add their own logo, hangtag, label or something, that is ok.

3.   What is your production process?

Before mass production, first we will make pre-production sample because we need to make sure everything is right then start mass production. Sales will confirm each details about your design, then we start to make paper pattern and sample.

If the sample is satisfying, then mass production will proceed smoothly. In turn are Fabric Quality Testing, Cutting, Printing, Sewing, Ironing, Quality Checking and Packing. Finally, deliver the goods.

4.   How can I follow up the process of the production?

We will update the process of the bulk goods in time for you, to make sure you are clear about the status of the bulk goods.

5.   How do you guarantee your garment quality？

A. We have our own quality inspection process, and every part of the production is carefully checked. Details click here.

B. Our garment quality has passed SGS and BV certification.

C. Before shipment, buyers can arrange their own QC to inspect the goods. Address here.

D. Good after-sales service with a guarantee period of up to one year.

6.   How long is your production time?

Generally speaking, our production time is 25-35 days after pre-production sample confirmed.

But it mainly depends on the product design, the fabric used and and the process involved. For example, customized fabrics, complex prints, and multiple stitches can take longer to extend the production time.

7.   Do you have origin certificate?

Yes. As long as you need it, we will provide it.
