When should a brand choose ODM instead of OEM?

ODM is usually the better path when you do not yet have a complete tech pack, your product direction is still changing, or you still need support with style, fabric, fit, and category planning. OEM works better when the project is already defined and the main goal is accurate execution from sample to bulk.
