Description
This reference sample is a full-length wide leg sweatpant built on a double layered waistband, where a contrast inner layer shows above the main waistband, with a small woven label at the centre front. Both sides carry a slanted pocket and the leg falls wide and straight from the hip. Waistband height, leg width and length stay open until your measurements are confirmed; our athleisure and loungewear production support covers how the pattern is developed for bulk. Athleisure, lounge and travel ranges that want a wide leg instead of a cuffed jogger, and colour-led collections built on the contrast waistband detail. Four details are visible in the reference images: the double layered waistband, the contrast inner layer, the dual side pockets and the wide full-length leg. The same waistband construction is planned through our supply chain transparency route. The waistband is built from two layers, as labelled in the reference view, giving a deeper waist section than a single elastic band. A lighter inner layer shows above the main waistband in the reference sample, which can be developed in a second colour or as a fold-over option. Both sides carry a slanted pocket set into the seam, with the pocket mouth angled forward and the pocket bag sitting flat. The leg opens wide from the hip and falls straight to a full-length hem without a cuff, so the silhouette stays relaxed on and off the body. Fabric, leg width, waistband build, colour and branding are confirmed during development, and a full sample round is completed before bulk. The shell fabric and the waistband rib are still open. Fabric specification to be confirmed during development. Weight, drape and surface finish are matched to your swatch through our sportswear fabric selection. Waistband height, layer depth, rise, leg opening and inseam length can all be adjusted, and the pattern grades across your size run. Custom colours are matched to your reference, and the hunter green sample with its five-colour panel is one direction. A contrast colour on the inner waistband layer can be developed. Woven labels, heat-transfer prints and custom care labelling can be placed on the centre front waistband, the leg or the pocket, with full private label and ODM development support. Sample rounds follow our sampling and approval policy. No performance or test claims are made before results are confirmed. Four views of the reference sample, covering the double waistband, the centre-front label, the wide leg line and the side pocket. Send a tech pack, a reference garment or a set of images with your target quantity, size run, fabric direction and colour reference. An ODM development plan, sampling schedule and quotation follow.
