Description
This reference design is a cut-and-sew sports bra built on a solid body with cream contrast binding. A V-shaped neckline runs into a wide, double-layer underband, while the racerback cut-out opens the shoulder blades and closes with an adjustable centre back hook. It is a crop-length layer for training and studio sets, developed for private label and OEM programmes. Our gym wear manufacturing team handles fabric, trim and pattern work with your brief. The visible construction below is what the buyer can verify in the reference sample. Each point can be reworked to your own specification once the style runs in development. A bound V neckline runs down into the centre panel and repeats on the underband edge. The back panel is cut away between the shoulder blades for an open racerback line. A wide hem band is built in two layers and carries the contrast edge. The only closure on the garment is an adjustable hook at the centre back. Every element of this bra can be reworked for your range. The cards below show what is confirmed at sample stage and what stays open until your swatch and artwork are approved. Production follows the same route as every programme we run: approved sample first, then bulk, then final inspection. Our factory and production procedures are documented for buyer audits. Body fabric, lining and any pad pocket are selected against your brief and signed off on a swatch before pattern work starts. Weight, hand-feel and stretch are recorded on that swatch, so no composition is fixed until you approve it. Fabric direction is agreed on the women sportswear fabric selection route. Cup coverage, strap width, underband height and back opening are set on the pattern block. Your style can be graded from your own size chart, or the block is developed from this reference design in ODM mode. Solid dyeing, contrast binding and colour blocking are all available on this style. Pantone references are matched on strike-offs and approved before bulk, and binding colour is controlled separately from the body shade. Woven labels, heat-transfer logos, silicone prints and branded elastic can be placed on the underband, strap or centre back. Size and placement are confirmed from your artwork file before sampling closes. Before bulk, the counter sample is checked on the body and on the bench.
