Description

Product Overview

This reference design is a printed sports bra with a soft U neckline, two adjustable shoulder straps and a wide underband set in a deeper tone. The back stays open and high so the straps carry the support line. Three colourways are shown: cream with brown dot, pink with wine dot and light grey with grey dot. The style is built for printed private label ranges. Our yoga clothing manufacturing line covers print development and strap hardware sourcing.

All-over dot print

The dot print covers the body, straps and underband in one continuous repeat.

Adjustable strap hardware

Both shoulder straps take a slider and multi-eyelet adjustment for length.

Wide underband

A broad elastic band sits in a deeper tone below the printed body.

Open high back

The back panel is cut high and open, so the straps carry the support line.

Development & Customization

Print, colour and strap hardware are all open on this style. The cards below list what is confirmed at sample stage and what we develop from your artwork and swatch. Bulk only starts after the sample is signed off and the print repeat is approved. Our private label custom sportswear route covers artwork handling.

Fabric and print base

The print base is chosen for how it takes the ink and how it feels next to skin. Weight and stretch are recorded on the approved swatch. Fabric options are listed on the women sportswear fabric selection page.

Fit and pattern development

Underband height, strap width, cup coverage and the back opening are set on the pattern. The block can be graded from your size chart or developed from this reference design in ODM mode.

Print and colour development

All-over repeat, placement print, dot scale and ground colour are matched to your artwork. Strike-offs are approved before bulk, and ground shade is controlled separately from the dot colour.

Logo and label placement

Chest print, woven labels, silicone prints and branded elastic are all available. Size and placement follow your artwork file, and the label position is confirmed on the sample.

Sampling checkpoints

Before bulk, the sample is checked on the body and after wash. The full flow is set out in our women sportswear sample policy.
