Description
This reference design is a square neck longline bra top that runs to the upper hip. Two wide colour block straps cross into an X at the centre back, and a contrast binding shows along the neckline so each shade reads separately. Six colourways are shown, each pairing a body tone with straps and binding in other shades. It is built for brands running a broad studio and training colour range. Our custom tank top line covers this silhouette family. The points below are the construction details visible on the reference sample. Shade count, strap width and body length all stay open until your specification is approved. A contrast binding runs along the square neckline so the shade reads clearly. Wide shoulder straps are cut in a second shade against the body tone. Both straps cross at the centre back above a low U opening. The body continues to the upper hip for a layered studio look. This style has been run in six colourways in the reference set, so it is a good base for a multi-shade range. The cards below separate what is confirmed at sample stage from what stays open until your swatch and artwork are approved. Our supply chain setup is built for multi-shade programmes. Body fabric, binding and any bra lining are selected against your brief and signed off on a swatch. Weight and opacity are recorded so the longline panel stays clean in lighter shades. Options are listed on the women sportswear fabric selection page. Square neck width, strap width, cross point height and body length are set on the pattern. The block can be graded from your size chart or developed from this reference design in ODM mode. Every body, strap and binding shade is matched to its own Pantone reference and approved on strike-offs. Shade count drives cutting groups, so the final number of colourways is agreed before bulk scheduling starts. Chest print, woven labels, rubber patches and branded elastic are available. Position and size follow your artwork file, and the approved placement is carried on the sample. Before bulk, the sample is checked on the body and after wash.
