Description
This reference piece is a cropped zip-through hoodie with a double-ended front zip, two shaped front patch pockets, dropped shoulder seams and wide ribbed cuffs and hem. It is a development base for private label and wholesale programmes building cropped layering pieces and matching set ranges. Fabric direction is handled through our fabric development service. A cropped full-zip hooded sweatshirt finishing at the natural waist, with a metal zip, two shaped front patch pockets and a woven patch label at the front hem. The reference is styled over a matching drawcord short. Send a tech pack or reference images with your target quantity and size range. Zip specification, cropped body length and pocket shape are confirmed before the first sample, together with trims and labelling. The front zip carries two pulls so the hoodie can be opened from the top or from the hem, which suits a cropped body worn over a base layer. Zip length, tape colour and pull type are confirmed at sample stage. Patch pockets sit either side of the zip opening with shaped openings, and a woven patch label is applied at the front hem on the reference garment. Pocket depth and finishing are agreed on the first sample. The body is cut short to sit at the natural waist with a wide ribbed hem and cuff on a relaxed shoulder line. Suited to gym and training programmes. Knit options are quoted against your fabric brief; composition and weight are confirmed by supplier specification before bulk. Grading follows the base size you nominate. Cropped body length, pocket depth, hem band width and shoulder drop are agreed on the first sample.
