Description
This reference design is a midriff-length sports bra cut in an all-over animal print that carries through the body, straps and underbust band. The neckline drops into a plunge, broad straps run over the shoulder, and the back closes into an X where the two straps cross over an open lower back. A small woven flag sits on the underband. It is built for printed private label ranges. Compare the silhouette with our custom tank top range if you want a longer body. The points below are the construction details visible on the printed sample. Ground shade, print scale and strap width all stay open until you approve the strike-off. The print runs across the body, straps and underband as one continuous repeat. The front drops into a plunge between two broad printed shoulder straps. Both straps cross into an X above an open lower back panel. A broad printed band carries the fit line and a small woven flag. Print, shade and strap geometry are the variables on this style. The cards below separate what is confirmed at sample stage from what stays open until your artwork and swatch are approved. Our private label custom sportswear team handles artwork files and strike-off approval. The print base is selected for how it takes ink and how it feels on skin. Weight and stretch are recorded on the approved swatch. Options are listed on the women sportswear fabric selection page. Neckline depth, strap width, cross point height and band depth are set on the pattern. The block can be graded from your size chart or developed from this reference design in ODM mode. Print scale, repeat direction and ground colour are matched to your artwork and approved on strike-offs. Ground shade is controlled separately from the print colour so the repeat stays consistent across panels. Woven flags, heat-transfer logos, silicone prints and branded elastic are available on the underband or strap. Size and position follow your artwork file and are confirmed on the sample. Before bulk, the sample is checked on the body and after wash. The full flow is set out in our women sportswear sample policy. Four references are shown below: the clean front, the styled front, the cross-strap back view and the neckline and underband detail.
