Description
This reference design is a solid longline training tank with a crew neckline and two wide shoulder straps. The body runs past the waist to the upper hip and a built-in bra layer sits inside the front panel, so the silhouette stays clean with no separate bra line on view. A tonal logo print finishes the chest. It suits brands building simple training layers that work as one piece. Our athleisure OEM and ODM line covers this build. The points below are the construction details visible on the reference sample. Body length, strap width and neckline depth all stay open until your specification is approved. The body continues past the waist and finishes at the upper hip. An inner bra layer is built into the front panel of the tank. Two broad straps sit flat over the shoulder without a centre seam. A rounded crew neckline finishes the front and back evenly. Body length, bra-layer construction and strap width are the variables here. The cards below separate what is confirmed at sample stage from what stays open until your swatch and artwork are approved. Built-in layers add a sewing step, so the bra layer is fixed on the pattern before bulk. Our manufacturing capacity page explains how layered garments are scheduled. Body fabric, bra lining and any inner elastic are selected against your brief and signed off on a swatch. Weight and opacity are recorded so the longline panel stays clean. The block can be graded from your size chart or developed from this reference design in ODM mode. Solid dyeing is the simplest route; colour blocking or a contrast inner layer are also available. Every shade is matched to a Pantone reference and approved on strike-offs before bulk. Tonal chest print, woven labels, silicone prints and branded elastic are available. Position and size follow your artwork file, and the approved placement is carried on the sample. Before bulk, the sample is checked on the body and after wash. Four references are shown below, covering the longline front, the three quarter view, the fabric and stretch reference and the neckline detail.
