Description
This reference design is a woven running short with a wide elastic waistband that carries a jacquard mesh band and an internal drawstring with a cord lock. Side hand pockets sit at the hip, and a short slit opens each side hem for stride clearance. The shell has a smooth, matte surface and the leg is cut straight to mid-thigh. It is a road and trail short developed for private label and OEM programmes. Our custom shorts manufacturing range covers this woven short silhouette. The construction points below are visible on the reference sample. Our factory and production procedures cover the same route from sample to bulk. A textured mesh band runs through the waistband, above a smooth elastic section. An internal drawstring exits at the centre front and closes with a cord lock. Both legs carry a hip pocket with a bound opening for everyday carry. A short slit at each side hem opens the leg for stride clearance, with a reflective mark at the lower front. The cards below separate what is confirmed on the reference sample from what is agreed at sample stage. Each programme runs the same way: approved sample, then bulk, then final inspection. Shell fabric, waistband mesh and elastic are selected against your brief and approved on a swatch before pattern work. Inseam, hem slit depth, waistband height and drawstring position are set on the pattern block. Your style can be graded to your own size chart, or developed from this reference in ODM mode. Solid dyeing and contrast waistband bands are both available. Pantone references are matched on strike-offs and approved before bulk. Reflective logos, woven labels and heat-transfer marks can be placed at the lower front, the back waist or the pocket edge to your artwork file.
