Description
This reference sample is a full-length straight-leg fleece sweatpant with a wide elasticated waistband, slanted side pockets and a small woven patch label on the leg, shown in powder pink. The waistband carries no drawstring, so the fit relies on elastic recovery. Waistband depth, label placement and length stay open until your measurements are confirmed; our manufacturing background covers how the pattern is developed for bulk. Essential loungewear and athleisure lines that want a clean, drawstring-free waistband, from core basics programmes to seasonal colour drops. Four details are visible in the reference images: the wide elasticated waistband, the slanted side pockets, the woven patch label and the straight full-length leg. The same core-basics route is planned through our production planning process. A broad elastic waistband sits flat across the waist and runs without a drawstring or cord, as shown in the reference waistband view. Both sides carry a slanted pocket set into the seam, deep enough to sit flush against the body in the reference sample. A small woven patch is stitched to the left leg, which is the branding position used in the reference sample and can be swapped for your own label or print. The leg is cut straight to a full-length hem with no cuff, giving a relaxed line from the hip to the ankle. Fleece handfeel, waistband depth, length, colour and branding are confirmed during development, and a full sample round is completed before bulk. The fleece specification is still open. Waistband depth and elastic tension, rise, pocket depth, inseam length and leg opening can all be adjusted, and the pattern grades across your size run. Custom colours are matched to your reference, and the powder pink sample with its five-colour panel is one direction. Matching ribbing for the waistband can be developed. Woven patch labels, heat-transfer prints, flatlock embroidery and custom care labelling can be placed on the leg, the waistband or the pocket, with full private label support. Sample rounds follow our sampling and approval policy. No performance or test claims are made before results are confirmed.
