Description
This reference design is a longline sports tank cut in a contrasting block, with cream side panels and straps set against a deep green body. The neckline is rounded and wide, the body runs to the lower rib and the hem carries two rows of topstitching. The racerback opening is shown in the reference inset. The style suits brands building matching training and lifestyle tanks. Our custom tank top range covers this silhouette. The points below are the construction details a buyer can verify on the reference sample. Panel width, shade pairing and hem stitching all stay open until your specification is approved. Contrast side panels and straps are cut separately from the main body. Two broad straps carry the neckline line without a centre seam. The hem is finished with two rows of stitching for a flat edge. The back opens into a racerback shape with a wide armhole. Panel layout, shade pairing and hem finish are the variables on this tank. The cards below separate what is confirmed at sample stage from what stays open until your swatch and artwork are approved. Contrast paneling adds a cutting group, so panel count is fixed before bulk. Our gym wear manufacturing team runs this construction. Body fabric, contrast panel fabric and any bra lining are selected against your brief and approved on a swatch. Weight and recovery are recorded so the longline body holds shape through wear. The block can be graded from your size chart or developed from this reference design in ODM mode. Body and panel shades are matched to separate Pantone references and approved on strike-offs. Panel width and the seam position are agreed on the sewn sample, because a few millimetres change the visual balance of the block. Chest print, woven labels, silicone prints and branded elastic are available. Position and size follow your artwork file, and the approved placement is carried on the sample.
