Description
This reference design is a longline bra top that runs past the underbust and finishes in a curved double-layer hem. Three tones meet on the garment: an olive body, dusty pink shoulder straps and a cream bound square neckline. The X cross back opens the upper back while the built-in bra line keeps the front clean. It is developed for brands building layered studio and training sets. Compare the silhouette against our custom tank top range. The points below are the construction details visible in the reference sample. The colour split, hem depth and neckline shape all stay open until your specification is approved. A bound square neckline frames the chest and repeats the contrast tone. Body, shoulder strap and neckline binding are cut in three separate shades. Wide straps cross at the centre back over an open upper back panel. The longline body finishes in a curved hem built from two layers. Every panel of this bra top can be reworked for your range. The cards below separate what is confirmed at sample stage from what stays open until your swatch is approved. Colour blocking is price sensitive because it multiplies fabric lots, so shade count is fixed early. Our athleisure OEM and ODM line covers this type of layered garment. Body, lining and the built-in bra layer are selected against your brief and signed off on a swatch. Weight, hand-feel and opacity are recorded so the longline panel keeps its shape. The block can be graded from your size chart or developed from this reference design in ODM mode. Each shade in the block is matched to a Pantone reference and approved on strike-offs. Shade count is fixed before bulk because every extra tone adds a separate fabric lot and a separate cutting group. Chest print, woven labels, rubber patches and branded elastic are available. Position and size follow your artwork file, and the sample carries the final placement for approval. Before bulk, the sample is checked on the body and after wash. Four references are shown below: the clean front, the cross back inset, the neckline and strap detail, and the full-length front view on body.
