Description
This reference design is a cropped tank built from two layers, with a scooped neckline and two pairs of thin spaghetti straps. The outer layer is short and the inner layer runs longer, so its printed hem shows below the outer edge and the two layers read as one garment. The back opens into a wide U where both strap pairs meet. Three colourways are shown, mixing a solid outer with a dotted inner. Our custom tank top line covers this layered build. The points below are the construction details visible on the reference sample. Layer length, print and strap spacing all stay open until your specification is approved. The inner layer is cut longer so its printed hem shows below the outer crop. Each shoulder carries two thin straps that sit alongside each other. A clean scooped neckline runs between the front strap points. The back drops into a wide U where both strap pairs meet. Layer length, print and strap spacing are the variables that shape this style. Scoop depth, strap spacing, outer layer length and inner layer drop are set on the pattern. The block can be graded from your size chart or developed from this reference design in ODM mode. The inner layer can be printed while the outer stays solid, or both layers can carry the same artwork. Ground and print colours are matched to Pantone references and approved on strike-offs before bulk. Woven labels, heat-transfer logos and silicone prints are available on the neckline, side seam or back strap. Position and size follow your artwork file and are confirmed on the sample.
