Description
A fitted half zip long sleeve top developed for brands that are building out a layering piece in their own colour and trim direction. The style pairs a stand-up collar with a short front zip, so the neckline can be worn closed or opened up. Raglan sleeves run from the collar to the underarm and finish in long fitted cuffs, which leaves the shoulder area free for print or embroidery placement. The body is cut close through the waist and ends in a straight hem at the hip, with a flat front panel and no pocket interrupting the line. The reference sample is shown in pink, white and black, and the same pattern can be developed in a buyer’s own fabric, colour and label package. Development runs through a gym wear manufacturing programme with sampling before bulk. Four construction points a buyer can confirm on the reference sample before development starts. The front zip stops at the upper chest, so the collar stands closed at the neck or folds open above the zip stop. The sleeve seam runs diagonally from the collar to the underarm instead of sitting on top of the shoulder. The pattern is taken in through the waist and finishes in a flat hem that sits at the hip. No chest pocket and no centre front seam, which keeps the panel flat for logo placement. Everything below is a development option confirmed at sampling, not a fixed stock specification. Composition, weight and handfeel are set against the buyer brief. Swatches and lab dips are prepared for approval through our fabric selection service. The reference sample is shown in pink, white and black. Custom colourways are matched to the approved swatch before bulk. Chest logo lock-up, woven neck label and care label follow the buyer artwork.
