Description
A fitted full zip jacket developed for brands that need a shaped zip-through layer they can build in their own colour range. A single zip runs from the stand-up collar to the hem, and each front panel carries a slanted zip pocket. Front and back panel seams take the jacket in at the waist instead of cutting it straight, and the chest logo is applied in the same tone as the body so the panel stays clean. Set-in sleeves finish in fitted cuffs, and the hem stops at the hip. Seven reference colourways are shown; the same pattern can be developed in a buyer’s own fabric, colour and trim package through our casual activewear OEM and ODM service. The construction points below can be checked directly on the reference sample. One zip runs from the stand-up collar to the hem, with a puller at the top stop. A slanted zip pocket sits on each front panel, set into the shaping seam. Front and back seams take the jacket in at the waist rather than cutting a straight box. The chest logo is applied in the same tone as the body, so the front panel reads as one surface. Each item below is a development option confirmed at sampling, not a fixed stock specification. Composition, weight and surface finish are set against the buyer brief, with swatches and lab dips prepared for approval through our fabric selection service. Seven reference colourways are shown; custom colours are matched to the approved swatch before bulk. Tone-on-tone logo application, woven neck label and care label follow the buyer artwork. Placement and trim matching are handled in a gym wear manufacturing programme. Grading follows the buyer size chart, and the waist shaping is reviewed on the first fit sample.
