Description
This reference design is a high-waist, flowy training short shown in a light pink colourway. A wide shirred elastic waistband with an adjustable drawstring sets the fit, a concealed zip pocket sits in the side seam, and the curved hem opens into a short side vent. The sample is presented as a development reference for private label and OEM programmes, not as a finished stock item. Woven-look high-waist short with a shirred elastic waistband, adjustable drawstring, concealed side zip pocket and a printed dot stripe along the side panel. Colourways, trims and pattern are open to development. Running, gym training and everyday activewear ranges that need a relaxed leg opening rather than a close-fitting short. Bulk production is quoted per style, size run and final trim selection. Four construction points are visible in the reference images and can be carried straight into development, following the same approach we use in women's fitness clothing manufacturing. The waistband is shirred across several rows of elastic and threaded with an adjustable drawstring, so waist tension can be tuned without changing the pattern. A slim zip pocket is set into the side seam and sits almost flush with the outer surface; in the reference sample it holds a phone. Pocket depth and zip type are development options. The hem sweeps upward at the outer seam and opens into a short vent, which adds leg freedom without shortening the front. A printed dot-pattern stripe runs along the side panel and is finished with a logo print on the hip. The repeat, width and placement can be reprinted, recoloured or removed. The reference sample is one starting point. Fabric, fit, colour and branding are confirmed during development, and a full sample round is completed before bulk. Shell and pocket fabric specifications are still open. Fabric specification to be confirmed during development. A woven-look handfeel, drape or weight can be matched from your swatch through our sportswear fabric selection process. Waistband height, drawstring channel, inseam, hem curve and leg-opening width can all be adjusted. Grading follows your size chart, and the pattern stays with the style for repeat orders. Custom colours are matched to your reference or Pantone direction, and the light pink sample shows one option. The printed side stripe can be rescaled, recoloured or replaced with a woven tape. Heat-transfer print, silicone or woven branding and custom care labelling can be applied, and private label programmes are supported end to end through our private label production service. Sample rounds follow our sampling and approval policy. No performance or test claims are made before results are confirmed. Four views of the reference sample, covering the waistband, the side-seam pocket, the hem and the printed side panel. Send a tech pack, a reference garment or a set of images together with your target quantity, size run and colour direction. A development plan, sampling schedule and OEM quotation follow. Tech pack or reference images, target quantity per colour, size range, fabric direction and any branding files. Reference images are enough to start if a tech pack is not ready.
