Description
This reference design is a fitted mid-thigh training short built with engineered colour-block panels in navy and multi-colour. The waistband is ultra high-rise and doubled, the front panel carries no centre seam, and the back is shaped with contoured hip seams. It is shown as a development reference for private label and OEM supply, produced on the same factory and production procedures used across our activewear lines. Fitted mid-thigh short with multi-colour block panels down the outer leg, a smooth front panel without a centre seam and an ultra high-rise waistband. Panel split and colourways are development options. Training, running, cycling and studio programmes that need a close-fitting short with a stable waistband. The panel build can be simplified for lower-cost bulk runs or kept engineered for premium ranges. The four construction points below are what separate this style from a plain biker short. Several panel widths run down the outer leg in contrasting colours and the panel seams are topstitched. Panel count, width and colour order can all be reworked, and the same panel logic carries into our yoga and studio apparel manufacturing programmes. The front panel is cut without a centre seam, leaving a clean surface across the front of the short. The waistband is doubled and finished with a horizontal yoke seam so the rise sits high and stays flat through movement. The reference sample is shown in a short mid-thigh length of roughly four inches; length and leg-opening fit can be adjusted per size run. Panel construction, fabric, colourways and branding are confirmed during development, and every style completes a sample round before bulk. Shell and waistband fabric specifications are still open. Fabric specification to be confirmed during development. Stretch direction, recovery and coverage requirements are matched against your swatch through our fabric development support. Rise, inseam, panel widths and leg-opening fit are set on your block, and panel seams can be moved to follow a different hip contour. Panel colours are matched to your reference or Pantone direction. The navy, periwinkle, light blue, white and mint combinations shown are examples only; two-tone and single-colour builds are also possible. Silicone, heat-transfer and woven branding can be placed on the waistband or leg panel, with custom care and size labelling for private label orders. Sample rounds follow our our sample approval process. Performance claims are only made where test results are confirmed. Four views of the reference sample, covering the panel layout, the front panel, the waistband construction and the colour direction. Send a tech pack, a reference garment or a set of images with your target quantity per colourway, size run and panel colour direction. A development plan, sampling schedule and OEM quotation follow.
